The service at this hotel was great, the concierge helped us with everything from finding us a ryokan in Asahikawa to recommending a ski area. The entire staff was friendly and gracious. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a huge number of choices. It is located within walking distance to the train station and many shops and restaurants as well. I’m staying here again.
