There are smoking facility in the restaurant. Most facilities are located in 5th floor swimming pool, business center, gym, convention rooms, pond, and restaurant. Especially, the restaurant staff, El Sandra, is very kind and welcoming. Her hospitality is great. But room cleaning may be delayed. I requested several times during the weekend. I waited for cleaning at the pool, but I found it didn't when I returned. It happened twice. I was very satisfied with this hotel and all staffs' hospitality.
