Dansavanh is an 18-hole golf course, with a par of 72 and come in at 7107 yards. Set almost a thousand feet above sea level and meandering between the towering palms and pine trees you get the feeling of being cut off from the rest of the world.
A long course, Dansavanh will test the ability of every level of golfer from single figures to the occasional holiday golfer, but nonetheless you will not be disappointed with what the course has to offer.

For many a buggy is a necessity on the hilly terrain and to appreciate the course that little bit more it is highly recommended to rent one.
During the round you will be faced with a myriad of water hazards and a plethora of doglegs which keep you on your toes and tests every single shot in the bag as you plot your way between the trees and the water hazards which come into play on 13 holes.
Without question the most breath-taking view is to be found on the 10th tee, so take your time to appreciate the beauty and forget about golf for a few moments.
The continual change in elevation and direction of the holes, from straight to dogleg is a breath of fresh air and you will not for one second grow tired of the course. The design however does put your shot making ability to the test and finding the right line from the tees is imperative to achieving a good score here. But get to the greens in regulation and the superb putting surfaces should yield many a good par or even the occasional birdie.
It is no wonder that this course is rated as the best course in Laos PDR. It is a must play.
