Payment Terms and Conditions
We'
will make your
golf holiday package, or golf only booking payments easy!! We will not make any
payment demands on you until your golf holiday package or golf only booking is confirmed,
and you are happy with your schedule.
Payment terms for complete golf packages :
- Once your
booking is confirmed we will
require a 30% deposit
of the total amount.
Online payment by
credit card
.Direct to our Merchant bank via secure
online payment link. We do not see your CC details, and you can also
choose which currency you would prefer to pay with.
Fax payment by
credit card.
just fill out our form as laid out, and either fax or email the form
back to us - we will then charge your credit card accordingly.
Payment by bank
transfer.
Make your deposit payment via bank to bank money transfer. Please
note this method is only available for bookings made 18 days prior
to arrival date.

The outstanding 70% shall be paid 8 days prior to arrival
by credit card, Payment form, or bank transfer.
- Depending on
your chosen package / golf location, there is an option to
pay the balance at our
office, or to one of our drivers ( who will have an official receipt
with your name/booking ).
In the event of cancellation, we will refund as :

90%
of your paid deposit if more than 30 days prior your arrival.
( inc Bank charges )

50%
of your paid deposit if more than 15 days prior your arrival.
( inc Bank charges )

Non refundable
if cancelled less than 7 days prior your arrival.
NOTE : If you have to cancel
due to unforeseen events, ie ill health or a natural event, a full
refund can be made
( Exc Bank charges ) providing
you can prove the incident. ie, Hospital
certificate, legal document etc.
Payment terms for golf only bookings :
- Depending on
your chosen course/location you can pay cash to our driver on
the day you play
- 100% payment at least 24 hours prior your tee-off time
via our Online Payment Link.

Money Bank Transfer 18 days prior
to your confirmed golfing date.
NOTE : If you have to cancel
due to bad weather, or unforeseen events not in your/our control a full
refund can be made.

bookings :
We will negotiate directly with your
tour organizer on a 'case by case' basis. Our team will make sure we are
as flexible as possible with your group booking and payment steps can be
negotiated.
